On June 19, 2024, in an effort to address the lack of health education within Haitian society, a crucial initiative took place at the Haiti Evangelical Church of Limbé. Organized by the Church Youth Association in partnership with the Emergency Clinic ACCESS-Health, the session aimed to explore in depth the causes, treatments, and prevention of high blood pressure.

Participants and Context
The activity brought together a diverse group of participants, ranging from 15 to 70 years old, from various and often vulnerable socio-economic backgrounds. Economic hardship, persistent insecurity, and limited access to healthcare were among the common challenges shared by participants, making their engagement particularly meaningful in addressing this public health issue.

Session Overview
The session lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes, during which presenters covered various aspects of high blood pressure. From the definition of the disease to signs and symptoms, through risk factors and prevention methods, each point was carefully explored to educate and inform participants.
Community Engagement
Organized by the Church Youth Association in collaboration with the Emergency Clinic ACCESS-Health. The medical director led the presentation while facilitating discussions and encouraging active participation from all to maximize participant engagement.
Impact and Objectives
